Through June 24, Bishop Museum’s (BishopMuseum.org) “Holo Moana: Generations of Voyaging” exhibit chronicles ancient Polynesian wayfinding and its revival spearheaded by Nainoa Thompson. The wind-based immersive experience uses digital sensors that bring to life the winds used by voyagers and described in Hawaiian cultural stories.
