The Hawaii Food & Wine Festival (HFWF.me) will kick off by honoring chef Jeremiah Tower on May 9 at the “First Annual Culinary Heroes” event presented by The Kahala Hotel & Resort.
On May 11, ten of Hawaii’s top chefs will pay homage to Tower’s Modern American Cuisine revolution with “Heart & Soul – Starring Local Ingredients.” The intimate evening will showcase dishes perfectly paired with California wines and handcrafted cocktails. The Kahala’s beachside fireworks finale serves as visual dessert.
