To celebrate its 110th anniversary, Waikiki Aquarium is inviting visitors to a series of special events from March through June. Clients can attend its Distinguished Lecture Series featuring internationally renowned guest speakers discussing major marine conservation issues. On March 22, the public can join in on an anniversary party with live music, food, drinks and an ocean preservation-themed show for children. April 22 brings an aquarium fundraiser with drinks and heavy pupus at Hard Rock Cafe. And, to increase awareness about safeguarding the sea, the aquarium is hosting coastal restoration activities in February, March, May, June and October.
