Barcelo Hotels & Resorts introduces its newest luxury flagship hotel in the Riviera Maya, Mexico! The Barcelo Maya Palace, Barcelo’s newest Premium Level Resort, is an all inclusive, all junior suite resort with stunning facilities including ocean view restaurants and breath taking views from the moment guests’ step in the hotel’s lobby. Opening this December, the Barcelo Maya Palace forms part of the final development of the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort where guests can enjoy the facilities of the sister properties which include 20 restaurants, 17 bars, 2 children’s water parks and much more.

All 756 guest suites include a king or two double beds, a sitting area, as well as a large contemporary style bathroom finished with natural stone and including a walk-in shower and garden style tub, as well as double sinks. All suites will have ocean or garden views, and large patios or balconies. Additional comfort features are a LCD TV’s, a desk, dual telephone lines, in-room high speed internet access, and a refrigerated mini-bar for snacks. The resorts warm décor and comfortable furnishings make it perfect for couples on a retreat, weddings, incentives, conferences, families or friends traveling together.

In addition to the all the amenities available throughout the Barcelo Maya Beach Resort, the Barcelo Maya Palace will also offer guests the opportunity to upgrade to our Club Premium accommodation level. Club Premium further spoils guests with special amenities like priority seating and unlimited reservations in our specialty restaurants, access to a VIP lounge with complimentary cocktails and refreshments throughout the day, private check in and check out, late check out, access to the internet, & plus&of course, a concierge to take care of every possible whim.

Located on a pristine mile long white sand beach, the Barcelo Maya Palace offers guests exclusive use of 6 ocean view restaurants featuring 2 air conditioned themed buffet restaurants with Mexican delicacies and international selections; 3 a la carte restaurants tempting guests with French cuisine, a Brazilian Rodizio, Caribbean specialties and an ocean front grill offering everything from snacks to the catch of the day& or whatever the heart desires. Guests looking for even more variety may additionally explore all the restaurants available at the Barcelo Maya Tropical & Colonial and the Barcelo Maya Beach & Caribe Resorts located right next door. For those wishing to indulge, we even offer a cigar lounge and an ocean front club house.

Activities abound at this beautiful new resort! We have taken care of everything at the Barcelo Maya Palace, no matter the taste, there is something for everyone. Those seeking lots of activities will find it all here or at the sister properties& a gym with a state of the art cardio vascular center, putting green, lit tennis courts, daily activities, cooking classes, non motorized water sports, beach games, cooking & salsa classes, water aerobics and a nightclub to dance the night away. Children of all ages love our Barcy Club and love even more the option to play on not one waterslide, but two waterslides!

For those seeking to do nothing at all' seeking pure, unadulterated tranquility may enjoy our adults’ only pool&only available to Barcelo Maya Palace guests&.

&And there’s more, our world class, European Mayan inspired SPA pampers guests with 24 treatment rooms offering just about every treatment under the sun&flotation hydrotherapy, Vichy spa services, specialty treatments and a beauty salon where guests may further relax while gazing over our beautifully landscaped gardens. Guests may also opt to try something new and completely different&an Indian sweat lodge, traditionally know as a Temazcal. This igloo shaped structure uses a combination of Mother Nature’s elements and herbal scents to refresh and cleanse the mind, body and soul.
