events. That’s just part of the draw for small groups planning to
meet at the 56-suite Casa del Mar Beach Golf & Spa Resort in

discount for groups traveling through May 31.
The intimate nature of Casa del Mar is a good fit for
celebrating special occasions, parties, corporate retreats or
family reunions. Karla Colin, General Manager at the property,
attributes Casa del Mar’s appeal to its size and offerings. “We
have the privacy of a boutique hotel with a high level of
personalized service,” Colin said. “We offer meeting room space to
hold small meetings, customized team building activities and events
at the property, as well as the destination.”

Pennbanks and First Americana have all held small group meetings at
the property.
Casa del Mar’s meeting facilities include two rooms - the 927
sq. ft. Salon Hacienda (maximum capacity 60) and the 767 sq. ft.
Library (maximum capacity 50). Internet access, AV equipment and a
host of business services are available. The resort also features a
catering staff to assist with theme parties and receptions, as well
as a concierge staff to help arrange sightseeing and other
activities in the area.
Colin also pointed out that couples getting married bring their
entire wedding party to celebrate at Casa del Mar. According to
Dave Phillips, a guest who held his wedding ceremony at the
property, the experience was perfect. “We had an incredible time at
Casa del Mar, and highly recommend the resort,” claimed Phillips.
“Their service was the best I have ever experienced. They really
know what is expected, and went above and beyond on so many things.
The food was excellent and they followed our schedule to the
minute.”
Sharing a driveway with and located adjacent to Las Ventanas,
intimate Casa del Mar was recently voted among the “World’s Best
Golf Resorts” by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler and a
“Favorite” by the readers of Departures.
The resort’s large guest rooms - all ocean view - have terraces
or balconies, air conditioning, ceiling fans, sofas, bathrooms with
Jacuzzis and separate showers, remote controlled television,

The on-site Sueños del Mar Spa provides a range of treatments -
herbal and aroma wraps, massages, facials, skin care treatments and
