Hawaii Hotels Score Well on Expedia's 2010 Insiders' Select List

Jun 17, 2010

Aston Islander on the Beach // (c) Aston Hotels

Aston Islander on the Beach // (c) Aston Hotels

Throughout the year, travelers post hundreds of thousands of hotel reviews on Expedia, making it a handy tool for vacation planners and a perk for well-received properties. But for the 41 Hawaii hotels that recently made Expedia’s 2010 Insiders' Select List, the rewards are even sweeter.

The Insiders' Select list — which formally recognizes individual hotels for their excellent service, value and overall experience — represents only a small percentage of the 110,000-plus properties offered on Expedia. Only the top hotels with the highest scores make the final cut. Along with traveler reviews, the list takes into consideration a value rating and the local market expertise of Expedia employees worldwide.

Here’s a small sampling of the Hawaii hotels included on this year’s list. For a look at the complete list, including all 41 hotels offered throughout the 50th state, go to Expedia.com/InsidersSelect.
