Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort recently completed a rejuvenation of its guest arrival and dining experience.
The hotel’s new lobby features a relaxed reception and seating area with views of Waikiki Beach. Design elements like teal- and emerald-colored panels reflect the beauty of the outdoors and pay tribute to the natural environment.
When it’s time for cocktails, Hilton guests will find two renovated bars. Paradise Lounge now brings the outdoors inside with such tropical hues as coral and turquoise. The upgraded Tapa Bar features decor inspired by the ancient art of tapa (Hawaiian cloth making).
For diners, the hotel’s redesigned Bali Steak and Seafood features fabrics and textures inspired by Balinese wood carvings. With the addition of vibrant colors and floral patterns, the result feels and looks like paradise with a distinctive Hawaii stamp.
Bali has revamped its culinary concept as well. Called Island Harvest Cuisine, the kitchen showcases flavors from Hawaii by incorporating locally sourced ingredients. New menu innovations include a cold Kona lobster with island beets, hearts of palm and white honey vinaigrette.
