Puerto Vallarta’s hotel infrastructure will continue to grow in 2013 with the addition of new hotels.
Although no opening dates have been announced, construction has started on two hotels in the Marina Zone of the city. The completely new Hotel One, with 125 rooms, and a Holiday Inn Express, with 115 rooms, will be located five minutes away from Puerto Vallarta’s International Airport and will target business-oriented visitors.
Further down the road, the hotel zone of Puerto Vallarta will welcome the Now Pearl Puerto Vallarta, which is estimated to open in December 2016.
New properties have been opening continuously in Puerto Vallarta. In the past three years, 7,432 rooms were added to the destination.
