Ka’anapali Beach Resort is opening summer with an exciting array of additions for guests and visitors to its three-mile stretch of beaches along Maui’s western shores.
One of the biggest additions to the resort is the completed, $35-million-renovation of The Royal Lahaina Resort’s Lahaina Kai Tower guestrooms and suites.
Also new to the resort is the brand-new full-service spa at The Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas (North). The 10,000-square-foot Heavenly Spa at Westin opened in May and features 13 treatment rooms which include three couples massage suites, hydroptherapy rooms, steam rooms and two courtyard massage cabanas.
In September, U’Malu, a new poolside venue, will debut at The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa and in Jan. 2009, Napili Villas, a new tower at Marriott Maui Vacation Club opens. Other openings include the Rusty Harpoon at the Ka’anapali Golf Course.
Those seeking out events and activities at the resort can take in the sights and expend some energy at Skyline Eco-Adventures, located at the Fairway Shops in the Ka’anapali Beach Resort.
For a bit of local flavor, clients may want to check out the 19th Annual Maui Onion Festival on Aug. 23 or the 18th Celebration of Hula O Na Keiki on the weekend of Nov. 7.
