Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is an Oasis of Relaxation

Sep 19, 2011

Looking out from my beachfront daybed, there is not a cloud in the sky. As the waves of the Pacific Ocean crash onto the sand, I reach for another sip of my cocktail without a worry in the world. Such an experience is generally reserved for postcards and novels, yet the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Resort and Spa features a new kind of luxury experience that is very real to its guests. With its focus on health and wellness, personal butler service and all-inclusive amenities, the Los Cabos property allows clients the ability to truly relax on their Baja getaway.

“Pacifica has designed the new Luxury Without Limitations program for sophisticated guests who desire a mature environment, gourmet culinary options and services that are carte blanche,” said Enrique Gandara, corporate director of sales and marketing.

Located on a 2½-mile stretch of coastline, Pacifica is an oasis of rest and relaxation. After an hour shuttle ride from the airport, the adults-only, all-inclusive resort offers four-diamond luxury. Each of the 154 guestrooms include feathertop beds and a pillow menu, as well as access to the property’s fitness and activity centers, salon services, tennis courts and more.

Pacifica is Pueblo Bonito’s first resort specifically focused on the wellness of its guests. Holistic facilities can be found throughout the property, including a meditation labyrinth and outdoor relaxation area. Pacifica’s foundation of healing is rooted in therapies beyond the traditional — with approaches based on fitness, nutrition and spa treatments meant to bring out a client’s optimal health.

To aid in the leisure experience, the award-winning Armonia Spa offers a myriad of treatments, rituals and facilities to help clients let go of their daily tensions. With healing techniques reflecting the holistic theme of the resort, guests can treat their body and mind with natural ingredients. The menu of signature spa treatments highlights unique remedies, including the most popular temazcal steam baths and watsu water therapies. In addition to massages and treatments, the property features an exercise studio, fitness equipment, an indoor Jacuzzi and a cold plunge pool for clients to continue their path to healthy living.

Pueblo Bonito Pacifica stimulates the senses with a seemingly endless list of bold gourmet cuisine. With four ocean-view restaurants on the property, the resort’s award-winning chefs and sommeliers create meals ranging from traditional Mexican dishes to more international plates. The resort’s all-inclusive price for each stay covers all of the rich fare and a selection of beverages and cocktails, as well as many alternative options at the sister properties in the area.

To complement the resort’s deluxe amenities, clients can also explore the surrounding coastline for some fun in the sun. There are many packages available for enjoying the great outdoors with adventurous options such as kayaking and parasailing in the Sea of Cortez, as well as snorkeling with vibrant tropical fish. Depending on the season, other activities include jeep safaris, turtle releases, desert expeditions and more. For clients looking for shopping, Pacifica is just a short drive from the shops of downtown Cabo San Lucas.

The location is ideal for golfers in particular. Pueblo Bonito Pacifica is close to the Cabo San Lucas Country Club and Cabo Del Sol courses, as well as the Diamante Golf Course — which was recently rated as one of the top 100 courses in the world by Golf magazine.

Other Options in Cabo
The Pueblo Bonito chain has multiple locations in Los Cabos, each providing a distinct experience.

The Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and Spa offers condo-style suites as well as six swimming pools and a wide array of family activities. Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos features charming Mediterranean architecture, a view of the Land’s End rock formation and easy access to water activities in the Sea of Cortez. Beautiful gardens and works of art can be found at the Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa, as well as the notable Sushi and Sunset Bar on the beach.

For all properties, a multi-tiered program has been designed to benefit agents and their clients with bonuses for rooms booked as well as with price-matching programs.
