Esencia, a new resort resting on one of the most secluded
beaches in the Riviera Maya, was designed to provide travelers with

two packages for those seeking to celebrate and simplify their
lives.
The five-night/six-day “Essence of Simplicity” package includes
garden suite or sea view suite accommodations with plunge pool,
daily breakfast and roundtrip airport transfers to and from the
Cancun International Airport. For guests needing a longer break,
the seven-night/eight-day “Essence of Life” package offers the same
features for extended rest.
The “Essence of Simplicity” package is from $2,459 between Jan.
6-April 30 and Nov. 1-Dec. 20, and from $2,239 between May 1-Oct.
31. The “Essence of Life” rates are from $3,269 and $2,969 for the
same respective dates. Packages are subject to availability, and
rates do not include tax and service charges.
Located in Playa Xpu-Ha on a two-mile stretch of secluded
white-sand beach 46 miles south of Cancun, Esencia features 29
spacious suites and guestrooms with deep soaking plunge pools and
private solariums. Aroma, the resort’s spa, is the first pampering
