The Barceló La Jolla de Mismaloya Hotel

Overlooking Mismaloya Bay, the Barceló La Jolla de Mismaloya is situated in its own tropical garden minutes from historic downtown Puerto Vallarta with its picturesque cobblestone streets and red tiled roofs. The hotel recently completed an $8.2 million renovation that includes all of its one bedroom guest suites, public spaces, beach and new restaurants. A new spa is also under development. The all-suite property includes 317 suites that have private terraces with ocean or garden views. And as an all-inclusive Barceló Premium Hotel, guests enjoy complimentary dining, house cocktails, evening, recreational activities at the beach and pool area, evening entertainment , as well as use of the fitness center and the children’s program, Club Barcy.

For dining, guests may choose from a selection of five restaurants ranging from resort casual to world-class cuisine: Don Quijote which features classic Spanish cuisine in a fine dining experience; The Grill ‘Los Arcos’ offers steaks and seafood; the new Italian restaurant; as well as two buffet restaurants.

The Barceló La Jolla de Mismaloya is a haven for water sports enthusiasts offering snorkeling, diving and boating from the hotel’s beach. For relaxation, there are four outdoor swimming pools with waterfalls and a children’s slide, as well as Jacuzzis, and a shopping promenade on site.

Recently the Barceló La Jolla de Mismaloya added Premium Club Service for its most discriminating guests. This is available to guests booking the Premium ocean view suites and includes extra amenities such as access to the Premium Club Lounge, preferred dining reservations, late check-out, and a welcome fruit basket and chilled
