The Villa Group properties Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit and Villa La Estancia Los Cabos recently received top honors from travel website TripAdvisor and member service organization AAA.
Situated on Banderas Bay, the 250-suite Villa La Estancia Riviera Nayarit offers villa-style accommodations with ocean views, multi-level swimming pools, fitness centers, an array of international dining options and the 17,000-square-foot Tatewari Spa. AAA awarded the upscale resort a 2014 AAA Four Diamond Award for the sixth year in a row. Of the more than 29,000 hotels approved by AAA, only 5.3 percent are included in its Four Diamond list.
The Riviera Nayarit property also ranked sixth on TripAdvisor’s 2014 Traveler’s Choice Awards in the Top 25 Luxury Hotels in Mexico category. It won the same place in the Top Hotels for Families in Mexico category. The hotels featured on Traveler’s Choice Awards lists are based on reviews posted on TripAdvisor in a single year.
Villa La Estancia Los Cabos was also recognized, ranking ninth in TripAdvisor’s Top Hotels for Families in Mexico category for 2014. The 156-suite property offers free-form pools, spa tubs, tennis courts, the 31,000-square-foot Desert Spa and more.
