The highly anticipated Villa La Estancia in Vallarta Nayarit held a
soft opening of phase one of its 135 beachfront villas. Fifty
suites of the three-phase project are now available on a limited
basis as an upgrade to guests arriving at the adjacent Villa del
Palmar Flamingos. Bookings are being accepted on stays starting
Nov. 1.
The property's snack bar will open at the end of March, while the
main lobby and restaurant will open in November, along with 35
additional units. The final phase of 50 units is slated for
completion in May 2008.
Similar in design to Villa La Estancia Cabo San Lucas, the
Vallarta Nayarit property features floor plans that range
1,950-3,500 square feet and include two bedrooms with three full
baths or three bedrooms with four full baths.
Special services will include a full-service spa, gourmet
restaurants, multi-level swimming pool, 24-hour concierge-style
check-in, wireless communication throughout the property, a
hospitality room, guest activities desk, business services, lighted
tennis court, medical services, 24-hour security, laundry services
and in-suite dishwasher as well as washer and dryer.
