Waldorf Astoria New York will begin accepting reservations on December 10, 2024, for stays in spring 2025, marking the completion of a multi-year restoration project. The iconic Midtown Manhattan hotel has been meticulously renovated by architects Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and interior designer Pierre-Yves Rochon.

The restored 375-room property will feature guestrooms and suites, with most accommodations exceeding 570 square feet and blending modern comforts with Art Deco accents. The hotel will include a 30,000-square-foot spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center and an outdoor terrace.

Acclaimed chef Michael Anthony will oversee Lex Yard, a two-story American Brasserie offering a world-class dining experience. For even more culinary excellence, the legendary Peacock Alley lounge and bar has been revamped and will return to the hotel. The property will also offer 43,000 square feet of event space, including restored heritage spaces such as the Grand Ballroom, Jade Room and Astor Salon, and a dedicated event planner.

"Waldorf Astoria New York has always been the place to be in New York City and whether you are a visitor or a New Yorker, we know so many around the globe have their own fond stories with our hotel," said Luigi Romaniello, managing director of Waldorf Astoria New York.
