By 2020, AMResorts is set to reach its goal of signing 100 luxury all-inclusive properties. Additionally, the company will be opening a record-setting 10 new resorts in Mexico, the largest number of consecutive openings in a single country for the Apple Leisure Group subsidiary.
Newbuilds within the next year include resorts within Costalegre and Playa del Carmen. AMResorts currently has more than 50 properties around the world, and 28 of them are in Mexico. The company aims to have more than 60 resorts throughout Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America by 2019, in addition to adding Aruba and Puerto Rico as new destinations for 2020.
