Aeromexico believes the more, the merrier. Now families and
groups find it more affordable to travel to Mexico thanks to the
carrier’s Family and Friends Plan, a discount package available for
travel through Dec. 10. Families or groups of four will receive one
free ticket with the purchase of three when traveling from 14
Aeromexico U.S. gateways and Tijuana.
“Aeromexico recognizes that traveling is an enriching and bonding
experience for the whole family,” said Jose Kuri, senior vice
president of Aeromexico, U.S. Division. “Aeromexico’s Family and
Friends Plan helps make traveling with one’s family easier and more
affordable, whether it is visiting extended family and friends or
vacationing in Mexico.”
The carrier’s four-for-the-price-of-three Family and Friends Plan
is available from U.S. gateways of Atlanta, Boston, Chicago,
Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Ontario
(CA), Orlando, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and San Diego.
Travel from Tijuana is valid only for tickets purchased in the
United States. Blackout dates are Oct. 29 Nov. 2 and Nov.
24-28.
A minimum of two adult-fare tickets is required to qualify for the
discount travel offer. All four tickets, however, are each subject
to government taxes of up to $110, including the September 11th
security fee. In addition, Aeromexico’s Family and Friends Plan may
not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Aeromexico goes a step beyond in the service area, providing all
coach and first class passengers with full meals and complimentary
cocktails. The airline has most recently earned “Best Airline To
Mexico” honors from Travel Savvy magazine and “The Best Airline In
Mexico” award from Global Traveler magazine. Its attention to the
