After four months and a $3.2 million investment, Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa, a member of La Coleccion Resorts by Fiesta Americana, now features three updated spaces for guests.

Well-known as the resort’s must-visit breakfast spot, the beachfront Chulavista restaurant has expanded its capacity to 270 guests and has incorporated a modern buffet eatery with several specialty stations. Meanwhile, the brand-new adults-only Sonne Club offers Jacuzzis, cabanas and a serene infinity pool — perfect for enjoying a panoramic view of Banderas Bay. Lastly, La Veranda brings innovation to the resort’s culinary options, such as al fresco dining on fresh lobster and the finest cuts of meat. A 14-person chef’s table is also available, providing a great opportunity for small groups.
