Luxury all-inclusive resort brand Paradisus Resorts has announced its ninth property: Paradisus Los Cabos, which is slated to open in December.
Melia Hotels International will turn the former Melia Cabo Real into the new hotel, following a $35 million renovation. This will be Paradisus Resorts’ fourth property in Mexico. The 350-room resort will include 28 oceanview swim-up suites, 98 Royal Service guestrooms with butler service and 30 Family Concierge Suites, in addition to four swimming pools, YHI Spa, a fitness center and event space for meetings and weddings. Paradisus Los Cabos will also offer three bars and six restaurants, including fine-dining restaurant Passion by Martin Berasategui, headed by seven-star Michelin chef Martin Berasategui.
Opening rates will start at $240 per person, per night, based on double occupancy.
