The Cape, a Thompson Hotel, has partnered with adventure travel production company Mansa Vida to host a three-night, four-day surfing-inspired retreat from May 19-22.
Founded by professional surfers Tim Curran and Rob Machado, Mansa Vida offers what it describes as “day-in-the-life-inspired” adventures alongside pro athletes and artists to locations across the world.
“We want to offer folks the chance to explore surf culture just like the world’s top surfers do,” Curran said. “And The Cape, with its surf-inspired vibe and incredible location right on Monuments Beach, is the perfect place to do it.”
The retreat will include a hands-on workshop with pro surfers, a live acoustic performance by Curran on the hotel’s rooftop lounge, several screenings of cult surf films and a discussion with legendary surf photographer Tom Servais.
Packages begin at $3,981 for three nights, based on double occupancy. Single traveler rates are also available for $2,921 for three nights.
