Kensington Tours, a luxury tour operator specializing in tailor-made private guided travel, has introduced its new Groups Specialist department, which will focus on crafting trips for private groups of 10 or more people, catering to families, friends and corporate groups.

Although Kensington Tours has previously offered group travel services, the new Groups Specialist department brings expertise in destination knowledge and managing the complexities of large groups. This includes coordinating various tour experiences for different group members and organizing travel from multiple locations.

“For our clients traveling as part of a larger group, the logistical challenges can become notably more intricate,” says Marc Moore, vice president of agency sales at Kensington Tours. “Whether it’s a multigenerational family travel experience, milestone celebration with friends, our team can take the stress out of planning allowing clients to truly enjoy the experience and savor every moment without worrying about the logistics."

Kensington Tours' Group Specialists can aid travel advisors in tailoring to larger groups by crafting itineraries, coordinating same-day tour experiences for different members of the group, reserving private guides and drivers and offering 24/7 support worldwide.
