Construction is under way in Colorado Springs, Colo. for the Broadmoor Cottages. Scheduled to be completed in May of 2009, the project entails five-eight unit buildings and one four unit building that are situated on elevated land to provide clients with view of the Cheyenne Mountains and the 18th fairway of the East Course. The 44 cottage bedrooms are variously organized, ranging from single room suites to an eight bedroom cottage.
The distinctly American-style cottages have elegant exteriors designed by TAG Galyean and OZ Architecture, and stylish yet comfortable interiors designed by TAG Galyean and Johnson David Interiors, featuring high beamed ceilings, wood-paneled parlors, stone fireplaces and bath fixtures, as well as heated floors and latest in-room technology, such as surround-sound and flat screen televisions. The property also has outside areas with scenic views available for entertainment purposes.
