Thompson Hotels recently debuted its first hotel in the Pacific Northwest with the grand opening of Thompson Seattle, a 158-room property adjacent to Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market.
The luxury boutique hotel’s signature restaurant, Scout, offers a menu of locally sourced fare, including shellfish from Puget Sound, wild mushrooms from the Cascade Mountains and local, grass-fed beef. The hotel’s rooftop cocktail lounge, The Nest, will be the highest operating hotel rooftop bar and lounge in the city, and groups will be able to utilize more than 5,000 square feet of event space.
