According to the report, the luxury market is pivoting from technology and product innovation to focus on “people innovation” instead. Simply put: In order to achieve sales growth, companies must focus on building effective, lasting relationships with customers. Enter travel agents, who are pros at creating personalized experiences and providing the human element that algorithms and one-size-fits-all technology cannot.
