Start the Day at Today Cafe at Universal Orlando

Millions of Americans wake up to NBC’s “Today” show, and this spring, Universal Orlando Resort guests can start their day at the new Today Cafe.

Located just inside the gates at Universal Studios Florida, the colorful dining venue will make clients feel like they are part of the popular morning show. Plus, diners can catch up on the top headlines from the show’s live broadcast as they enjoy a cup of specialty coffee made exclusively for the cafe.

The cafe’s menu will be equally immersive, featuring seasonal dishes inspired by co-anchor Al Roker’s favorite recipes, and — in tribute to the long-running tradition in Kathie Lee and Hoda’s hour of the show — guests can toast to their theme park vacation with wine and beer on tap.
