At Division Street’s newest eatery, Sunshine Tavern, James Beard Award-nominated chef Jenn Louis is cooking up creative American comfort food alongside local craft beverages in a hip yet family-friendly space.
Features currently delighting the young and the young at heart include a shuffleboard table in the middle of the room; a soft-serve ice cream machine dispensing regularly changing homemade flavors; and Louis’ version of chicken and waffles.
The Portland-based restaurant also features a large selection of seasonal beers on tap, local and international wines and classic cocktails as well as a slushee margarita and daiquiri machine.
