Past Inductees // (c) Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame |
After 35 years in the small central Texas town of Belton, the Texas Rodeo Cowboy Hall of Fame (TRCHF) is making a new home in one of the world's best-known rodeo venues, Fort Worth's Cowtown Coliseum. The grand re-opening of the TRCHF will be held on July 24, the National Day of the American Cowboy.
Famed cowboys — from Ty Murray to Lane Frost - have competed in the more than 100-year-old Cowtown Coliseum in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District, which helps make the coliseum an appropriate new home for the hall of fame.
Thus far, approximately 350 cowboys have been honored by the TRCHF and, next year's inductees will be recognized in April.
